The product is made of natural basalt as the main raw material, melted at high temperature and blown into fibers, then added with high-temperature resistant environmental protection adhesive. It has good flexibility, can closely fit all kinds of curved pipelines without additional splicing treatment. The optional aluminum foil facing version can further improve waterproof, moisture-proof and reflective thermal insulation performance. It has a Class A fire resistance rating, and will not release toxic and harmful gases at high temperatures. It has excellent corrosion resistance, can adapt to pipeline systems in acid and alkali environments, and can be cut on demand to adapt to pipeline insulation needs of different pipe diameters, reducing construction difficulty and time cost.

The standard roll size is 10m in length and 1m in width, with optional thicknesses of 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. The density range is 80kg/m³ to 150kg/m³. The thermal conductivity ranges from 0.033W/(m·K) to 0.035W/(m·K) under normal temperature of 25℃. The compressive strength is ≥0.10MPa, and the water absorption rate is ≤1.0% (volume fraction). The operating temperature range is -150℃ to +650℃. It can choose aluminum foil facing or ordinary paper facing, and has passed API and ISO 9001 certifications, complying with industrial insulation material standards.
It is suitable for thermal insulation and fire protection of petrochemical pipelines, municipal HVAC pipelines, electric power industrial steam pipelines, cold storage refrigeration pipelines, and can also be used for thermal insulation wrapping of industrial equipment. It can be used with insulation buckles and strapping to realize quick installation, reduce heat loss of pipeline systems, improve energy utilization efficiency, and prevent condensation and corrosion of pipelines.
