Adopting a double-layer composite structure, the surface aluminum foil reflective layer can reflect 95% of solar radiant heat, greatly reducing the internal temperature of the roof in summer. The basalt rock wool core material has Class A non-combustible performance, avoiding the risk of roof fire spread. Waterproof sealant strips are added to solve the problem of joint water seepage. The hidden nail fixing method avoids damaging the waterproof structure. The uniform fiber structure ensures that the long-term thermal insulation performance does not decay, and it adapts to the construction needs of large-span roofs.

The standard board size is 1200mm×600mm, with optional thicknesses of 80mm/100mm/150mm/200mm. The thickness of the composite aluminum foil is 0.1mm, the overall density is 180kg/m³, and the thermal conductivity is 0.035W/(m·K) at 25℃. The compressive strength is ≥60kPa, the reflection rate is ≥95%, the water resistance rating reaches IPX7, and the combustion performance conforms to the ASTM E84 Class A standard. The applicable temperature range is -40℃~150℃. The packaging uses waterproof woven bags, with about 150 square meters of boards per pallet.
It is suitable for flat roofs of industrial plants, roofs of large chain supermarkets, roofs of logistics warehouses, and thermal insulation systems of airport terminal roofs. It adapts to various基层 such as color steel plate roofs and concrete roofs, and can form a complete roof insulation and waterproof system combined with waterproof coiled materials. It effectively reduces air conditioning and heating energy consumption, improves indoor space comfort, and meets the fire protection requirements of large public buildings.
