The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.033W/(m·K), which can effectively reduce heat transfer between the inside and outside of the cold storage. The 99.5% water resistance rate avoids board water failure caused by cold storage condensation. Class A fire performance meets the fire protection requirements of cold storage. The E0 level environmental standard complies with the health requirements of food processing places. The dual installation method of bonding and anchor bolts ensures that the board does not fall off in low-temperature environments, and it adapts to the ultra-low temperature quick-freezer environment of -196℃.
The standard board size is 1200mm×600mm, with optional thicknesses of 70mm/100mm/120mm/150mm. The density is 160kg/m³, and the thermal conductivity is 0.033W/(m·K) at 25℃. The compressive strength is ≥50kPa, the water resistance rate is ≥99.5%, and the combustion performance conforms to the GB 8624 Class A standard. The environmental indicators meet the E0 class formaldehyde emission limit requirements, the low-temperature resistance performance is no cracking at -196℃, and the applicable temperature range is -196℃~80℃. The packaging uses moisture-proof plastic film, with about 200 square meters of boards per pallet.
It is suitable for cold storage wall thermal insulation, quick-freezing food workshop ceiling thermal insulation, pharmaceutical cold chain warehouse thermal insulation, fresh e-commerce warehouse thermal insulation engineering, and chemical low-temperature storage tank thermal insulation. It adapts to various base layers such as concrete and color steel plates, and can form a complete low-temperature thermal insulation system combined with moisture-proof films and sealants. It effectively maintains the constant temperature of the cold storage, reduces the operating energy consumption of refrigeration equipment, and complies with the health and safety standards of food and drug cold chain.
