This product uses high-purity basalt fiber and antifreeze modifier, which improves the structural stability in low-temperature environments, and will not appear pulverization and cracking due to repeated freezing and thawing. The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.028 W/(m·K), effectively reducing the cold loss of cold storage and operating costs. The A-level fire performance meets the fire protection requirements of cold chain storage, avoiding the spread of fire in cold storage. The surface is covered with aluminum foil to enhance moisture-proof performance, and improve installation convenience without additional moisture-proof treatment.

The standard size is 1200mm in length × 600mm in width, with optional thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. The density is 120kg/m³, the thermal conductivity is 0.028 W/(m·K) at room temperature, and the performance is better at low temperatures. The water absorption rate is less than 1.0% by volume, the compressive strength is ≥0.2MPa, the working temperature range covers -260℃ to 600℃, about 100㎡ is loaded per pallet, and the packaging is wrapped in waterproof PE film, suitable for forklift loading and unloading.
It is suitable for various low-temperature cold storage, quick-frozen food processing plants, cold chain logistics warehouses, medical low-temperature storage tanks and other scenarios. It can be matched with color steel sandwich panels and polyurethane sandwich panels for supporting insulation systems, and can also be used for thermal insulation and fire prevention renovation of underground cold chain storage.
