The product is made of high-purity basalt and inorganic high-temperature resistant adhesive, which can withstand a maximum temperature of 1000℃, will not burn or release toxic fumes, and has a Class A1 fire resistance rating, meeting the most stringent fire safety requirements. Its thermal conductivity is as low as 0.030W/(m·K), with excellent thermal insulation performance, which can effectively block high-temperature heat transfer. It has high structural strength, with an impact strength of ≥0.20MPa, and can be used as an independent partition wall without additional support structures. It has excellent moisture and mildew resistance, can be used in humid environments for a long time, and supports CNC cutting to customize sizes as needed, adapting to the partition needs of various high-temperature workshops.

The standard size can be 1200mm×600mm or 1200mm×1200mm, with optional thicknesses of 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. The density range is 180kg/m³ to 220kg/m³. The thermal conductivity ranges from 0.029W/(m·K) to 0.031W/(m·K) under normal temperature of 25℃. The compressive strength is ≥0.20MPa, and the tensile strength is ≥0.15MPa. The water absorption rate is ≤0.3% (volume fraction). The maximum operating temperature can reach 1000℃. It uses inorganic high-temperature resistant adhesive with no organic volatile substances, and has passed UL, CE and GB 8624 A1 certifications, complying with high-temperature industrial building material standards.
It is suitable for partitions around metallurgical industrial kilns, fire protection zones of chemical high-temperature workshops, isolation of high-temperature areas in power plants, fire partitions of large storage centers, and partitions of high-temperature cabins in shipbuilding industry. It can be used as a permanent fire wall material, effectively blocking the spread of high temperature and flame, improving the fire safety level of the workshop, and reducing heat transfer from high-temperature areas to normal temperature areas, improving the working environment temperature of the workshop.
