The core advantage of this product lies in its high-purity basalt raw material and halogen-free environmental protection adhesive formula. It has a Class A1 fire resistance rating, meeting the most stringent fire safety requirements, and will not release toxic fumes even under high temperature. Its thermal conductivity is as low as 0.032 W/(m·K), which is better than traditional polystyrene insulation boards, with more excellent thermal insulation effect. The IPX7 waterproof performance allows it to be used in humid outdoor environments. The dry hanging installation method reduces on-site cutting waste, and can be customized according to different thickness requirements to match the integrated external wall insulation and decoration panel system, effectively solving the fire safety and energy saving problems of high-rise building exterior walls.

The standard size of the product is 1200mm in length and 600mm in width, with optional thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 120mm and 150mm. There are three density options: 120kg/m³, 150kg/m³ and 180kg/m³. The thermal conductivity ranges from 0.031W/(m·K) to 0.033W/(m·K) under normal temperature of 25℃. The compressive strength is ≥0.15MPa, and the tensile strength is ≥0.10MPa. The water absorption rate is ≤0.5% (volume fraction). The operating temperature range is -200℃ to +700℃. It has passed CE, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and complies with the EU Construction Product Regulation CPR standard.
It is suitable for external thermal insulation systems of high-rise civil buildings, commercial office buildings, industrial plants, interior wall insulation of subway tunnels, exterior wall insulation of large stadiums, and can also be used for existing building exterior wall insulation renovation projects. It can be used with anchors and plastering mortar to form a complete external wall insulation system, meeting the requirements of three-star green building certification, improving the overall fire performance and energy efficiency of buildings.
