The standard size is 1000mm in length, 600mm in width, with thickness optional from 30mm to 200mm. The bulk density ranges from 180kg/m³ to 250kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of no more than 0.035 W/(m·K) at 25℃. The maximum operating temperature is up to 1000℃, and the compressive strength is ≥0.3MPa. It uses non-asbestos raw materials, and the waterproof rate is ≥95%. It has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, ensuring the stability and reliability of product quality.
It is mainly suitable for thermal insulation and fire protection treatment of high-temperature industrial furnaces, boilers, industrial kilns, incinerators, and other high-temperature industrial equipment. It can also be used for thermal insulation of industrial pipelines and storage tanks, reducing heat loss and improving the energy efficiency of industrial production.
