Adopting the melting blowing process to create a uniform fiber structure, which improves the tensile strength and thermal insulation stability. A waterproof modifier is added to solve the water absorption problem of traditional rock wool. The dry installation can reduce the construction period, and the wet pasting is suitable for complex exterior wall base surfaces. No formaldehyde release meets environmental protection requirements. The fire performance reaches Class A non-combustible, avoiding the risk of fire spread, and can be cut flexibly to meet different thickness requirements.

The standard board size is 1200mm (length) × 600mm (width), with optional thicknesses of 50mm/75mm/100mm/120mm/150mm. The density is 150kg/m³, and the thermal conductivity is 0.038W/(m·K) under 25℃ conditions. The tensile strength is ≥100kPa, and the compressive strength is ≥40kPa. The water resistance rate is ≥99%, and the combustion performance conforms to the ISO 1182 Class A standard. The environmental indicators meet the E0 class formaldehyde emission limit requirements. The applicable temperature range covers -20℃ to 120℃. The packaging uses moisture-proof plastic film and pallets, with about 200 square meters of boards per pallet.
It is suitable for exterior wall insulation systems of residential buildings, commercial office buildings, schools, hospitals and other public buildings. It adapts to various finishing systems such as dry-hanging stone exterior walls and ceramic tile veneer exterior walls. The construction is convenient, and it can be combined with supporting anchors and adhesives to form a complete insulation and fire protection system. It effectively reduces building heat loss and improves indoor constant temperature effect.
