Compared with traditional exterior wall insulation materials, this rock wool board adopts a special water-repellent treatment process, with a water repellency rate of over 98%, effectively avoiding the problem of reduced insulation performance caused by water absorption. It has a high compressive strength and bonding strength, which can be firmly bonded with the wall base without falling off during long-term use. Its A-level fire rating can effectively block the spread of fire, reducing fire safety risks. In addition, it has low thermal conductivity and stable insulation performance, helping buildings reduce heating and cooling energy consumption by more than 30% annually, and meets the requirements of green building certification.

The standard size is 1200mm in length, 600mm in width, with thickness optional from 50mm to 150mm. The bulk density ranges from 120kg/m³ to 180kg/m³, with a thermal conductivity of no more than 0.032 W/(m·K) at 25℃. The fire rating reaches GB 8624 Grade A, with a fire resistance time of more than 3 hours. The water repellency rate is ≥98%, and the bonding strength between the board and the wall substrate is ≥0.1MPa. It uses non-asbestos raw materials, with formaldehyde emission reaching E0 grade, which is harmless to human health. The packaging uses food-grade shrink film and wooden pallets to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation and storage.
It is mainly suitable for exterior wall external insulation systems of high-rise residential buildings, urban commercial complexes, schools, hospitals, and other public buildings. It can also be used for the insulation layer of external walls of industrial plants and warehouse buildings. It can be matched with various external wall insulation systems such as thin-plastered external insulation and mechanical anchoring external insulation, providing reliable thermal insulation and fire protection for buildings.
