The product is made of high-loft basalt fibers, with a large number of connected pores inside, which has excellent acoustic performance, can effectively reduce indoor noise and echo, and improve the acoustic environment quality. It has a Class A fire resistance rating, meeting the most stringent fire safety requirements, and the low smoke and halogen-free formula will not release toxic fumes at high temperatures. The environmental protection grade reaches E0 level, with no harmful volatile substances such as formaldehyde. The optional grooved surface can further improve the sound absorption effect. It is easy to install, can be fixed on the wall or ceiling through keels, and adapts to various indoor decoration styles, while also having thermal insulation function to reduce indoor air conditioning energy consumption.

The standard size is 1200mm in length and 600mm in width, with optional thicknesses of 25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm. The density range is 100kg/m³ to 160kg/m³. The sound absorption coefficient ranges from 0.82 to 0.88 (125Hz-4000Hz). The thermal conductivity ranges from 0.032W/(m·K) to 0.034W/(m·K) under normal temperature of 25℃. The compressive strength is ≥0.12MPa, and the water absorption rate is ≤0.8% (volume fraction). The operating temperature range is -10℃ to +500℃. The surface can be flat or grooved, and has passed CE, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, complying with indoor acoustic material standards.
It is suitable for commercial office conference halls, cinemas and theaters, gymnasiums, industrial workshops, school classrooms, hospital wards and other places that need to optimize the acoustic environment. It can be used as wall and ceiling decorative thermal insulation materials, installed with light steel keel system, effectively reducing indoor noise transmission, improving space comfort, and having fire and thermal insulation functions, meeting the requirements of green buildings and fire safety.
