The core technical highlight of this photovoltaic insulation film is the fluoropolymer coating, which has excellent UV resistance and weather resistance, passing the ASTM G154 10000 hours aging test without obvious degradation. It solves the pain points of traditional photovoltaic backsheets such as easy water absorption and easy aging, with a waterproof rating of IPX8, which can resist long-term outdoor rain and humid environments. The UL 94 V-0 fire-resistant material meets the safety requirements of photovoltaic systems. In addition, the product has high tensile strength, which can adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction deformation of photovoltaic panels, and will not crack or fall off. The installation uses pressure-sensitive adhesives to adapt to the fitting requirements of photovoltaic backsheets.

The film material has a thickness of 5mil, the base material is biaxially stretched PET, and the surface is compounded with a fluoropolymer coating. Each roll has a size of 1.22 meters wide and 50 meters long. The thermal conductivity is 0.025 W/(m·K), the tensile strength reaches 150 MPa, the tear strength is 80 N/mm, the waterproof rating is IPX8, and the operating temperature range is -40℃ to 120℃. It passes the IEC 61215 photovoltaic module test standard, and the adhesive uses high-temperature resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive with a peel strength of 2.0 N/mm, adapting to the sizes of most mainstream photovoltaic panel backsheets.
It is mainly applicable to the backsheet insulation protection of crystalline silicon solar photovoltaic panels and thin-film solar photovoltaic panels, and can be used for ground photovoltaic power stations, rooftop distributed photovoltaic systems, vehicle-mounted photovoltaic systems and heat insulation protection of portable solar charging panels. In photovoltaic power stations in high-temperature areas, using this film can effectively reduce the working temperature of the panels, improve power generation efficiency, and extend the service life of the backsheet, reducing the maintenance cost of the photovoltaic system. In addition, its excellent electrical insulation performance can also ensure the safe operation of the photovoltaic system.
