The film uses biaxially oriented PET substrate with a nano ceramic reflective coating, with a total thickness of 2mil (approximately 50.8 microns). The standard size is 150cm×80cm, which can be custom cut to fit most front windshield sizes. Each piece weighs approximately 1.2kg. It meets ISO 15187 scratch resistance standards with a 4H pencil hardness. It has a salt spray resistance of ≥500 hours and can withstand extreme temperatures from -40℃ to 85℃. The installation wet application method allows for smooth attachment to both curved and flat front windshields, and it leaves no residual glue when removed after use. The warranty covers 10 years of functional performance including heat insulation rate and UV blocking rate retention.
