The core technical highlight of this commercial building insulation film is the multi-layer magnetron sputtered Low-E coating layer, which can accurately reflect infrared solar radiation heat while retaining visible light transmittance. It solves the pain points of traditional insulation films such as high energy consumption, easy fading, and easy bubbling and falling off after installation. It uses Class A fire-resistant materials that meet building safety specifications, and weather resistance tests show it can withstand extreme temperatures from -40℃ to 85℃. The surface is coated with a scratch-resistant layer, so it is not easy to produce scratches during daily cleaning. In addition, the product supports custom sizes to adapt to windows of different specifications, meeting the personalized needs of different buildings.

The film material has a thickness of 4mil, uses PET base material with silver magnetron sputtering coating, and each roll has a size of 1.52 meters wide and 30 meters long. The visible light transmittance can be customized from 35% to 75%, the solar heat insulation rate can reach 85%, the UV block rate reaches 99.9%, and the thermal conductivity is 0.03 W/(m·K). The adhesive peel strength is 1.2 N/mm, which meets the ASTM D3330 test standard. Each roll of product includes detailed installation instructions and supporting tool kits, suitable for most conventional window glass installation scenarios.
It is mainly applicable to exterior windows and skylights of commercial office buildings, high-rise apartments, chain hotels, large shopping malls and other buildings, as well as energy-saving renovation of sunrooms and glass curtain walls. In summer, it can effectively block outdoor thermal radiation from entering the room and reduce air conditioning load; in winter, it can reduce indoor heat loss through glass, achieving energy-saving effects in four seasons. At the same time, its high UV block rate can protect indoor soft furnishings, electronic equipment and human skin from UV damage, meeting the energy-saving certification requirements of green buildings and can be used for energy-saving renovation of LEED rating projects.
