The unique modified epoxy composite formula gives the coating excellent wear resistance and flame retardant performance, reaching UL-94 V-0 flame retardant rating, which meets the requirements of national coal mine safety regulations. The two-component room temperature curing process is easy to construct without high-temperature equipment, which is suitable for on-site construction in underground mines. The coating has strong adhesion, which can tightly adhere to a variety of substrate surfaces such as steel and rubber, and is not easy to peel off and crack. It also has excellent oil and water resistance, which can work stably in humid and oil-containing underground environments, solving the industry pain points of easy wear and insufficient flame retardant performance of coal mining equipment.

The dry film thickness can be selected from 80μm to 150μm, with HRA hardness of 75-80, adhesion strength ≥20MPa, maximum working temperature of 120℃, solid content ≥80%, flame retardant rating UL-94 V-0, sand slurry wear rate ≤0.03g/cm³. The packaging is 25 kilograms per sealed carton, which is divided into component A and component B, and used in a ratio of 4:1. It can provide yellow, black and other custom color products according to customer needs, adapting to different coal mining equipment appearance requirements.

It is mainly applied to the excavator buckets, conveyor rollers, hydraulic supports, scraper conveyors and other equipment in underground coal mines. It can also be used for equipment protection in other flammable and explosive places in mines, effectively reducing the wear rate of equipment, improving the safety performance of equipment, and reducing safety accidents and equipment maintenance costs during coal mining production.
