This stain-resistant stone paint adds fluorocarbon modified components to enhance its weather resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments such as coastal areas and industrial zones. It has a grade 5 stain resistance, and oil-based stains can be directly wiped off without leaving traces. The salt spray resistance reaches more than 1000 hours, which can effectively resist the erosion of sea salt fog. It has a longer weather resistance life of 20 years, and the drying speed is faster, which can further shorten the construction cycle. It can adapt to insulation board exterior walls, which is very suitable for existing energy-saving renovation projects of old buildings, solving the problem of poor adhesion of traditional coatings on insulation substrates.

The specific parameters are as follows: The base material is natural colored quartz sand + fluorocarbon modified acrylic emulsion, with VOC content ≤30g/L, tensile bond strength ≥0.9MPa, weather resistance life of 20 years, grade 5 stain resistance, 1.5 hours surface drying time, 20 hours hard drying time, coverage rate of 32-37 square feet per Gallon, water resistance ≥1200 hours without blistering, alkali resistance ≥1200 hours without discoloration, frost resistance ≥60 freeze-thaw cycles. It is suitable for concrete, brick, insulation board exterior walls, with packaging specification of 4 Gallons per drum and net weight of about 15kg.
It is mainly applicable to exterior wall decoration projects in coastal areas, industrial parks, heavily polluted urban areas and other harsh environments, such as factory building facades, coastal residential villas, commercial storefronts in industrial zones. It can also be used for energy-saving renovation of existing building exterior walls with insulation boards, solving the problem that traditional coatings are difficult to adhere firmly to insulation substrates. It can effectively reduce the later maintenance frequency due to its excellent stain resistance and corrosion resistance.
