Using modified epoxy resin matrix and adding silicon carbide wear-resistant aggregate, it has both excellent wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance, and the salt spray resistance reaches more than 5000 hours. It can be cured at room temperature, with short construction cycle and can be put into use quickly. It has strong adhesion, can be directly attached to a variety of substrates such as steel, concrete and wood, without the risk of peeling and falling off. It has excellent anti-ultraviolet performance, and is not easy to powder during long-term outdoor use. It can be customized in color and thickness to adapt to the appearance and protection needs of different scenarios.

The hardness is Shore D 70-80, the wear rate is ≤0.004g/1000r, the coating thickness is 0.1-4mm which can be adjusted as needed, the adhesion strength is ≥40MPa, the temperature resistance range is -20℃ to 150℃, the salt spray corrosion test reaches 5000 hours which meets the ASTM B117 standard, the curing time is 12 hours for surface drying and 24 hours for complete drying at room temperature, the construction methods include high-pressure airless spraying and troweling, the packaging specifications are 20kg/bucket and 200kg/bucket, which are suitable for batch procurement needs of large-scale projects.

It is mainly applied to steel structural components of port cranes, ship decks, wear-resistant floors of industrial workshops, equipment tanks of sewage treatment plants, which can resist the friction and wear of seawater, industrial wastewater and heavy vehicles, and have long-term anti-corrosion performance. It is widely suitable for equipment and floor protection scenarios in port logistics, shipbuilding, industrial floor, sewage treatment and other industries.
