It can increase the hardness of composite materials to above 3H, improve thermal conductivity by 40% compared to pure silica sol, and solve the pain points of traditional coatings such as poor wear resistance and insufficient thermal conductivity. It has zero organic solvents, is environmentally friendly and safe, and can be easily integrated into existing material production processes.

The product has a SiO2 content of 20.0±0.5%, Al2O3 content of 5.0±0.2%, particle size of 7±2nm, viscosity of 5.8 mPa·s, pH value of 8.5, and thermal conductivity of 0.35 W/(m·K). Its density is 1.15 Grams/Cubic Centimeter, and it is packaged in 20-kilogram plastic cartons. It can be stored stably at temperatures ranging from 0℃ to 35℃, and has passed ISO 14001 environmental management system certification. It is compatible with epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, and ceramic powder materials.

This product is applied in thermal conductive coatings for electronic components, wear-resistant ceramic composite materials, automotive parts wear-resistant coatings, optical lens protective coatings, and textile waterproof coatings. It helps improve the comprehensive performance of materials, extending the service life of products and improving their functional properties.
