It solves the problem of easy cracking of traditional silica sol coatings by optimizing the colloidal particle size and dispersion system, making it suitable for various outdoor and indoor architectural coating applications.

The product has a SiO2 content of 25.0±1.0%, particle size of 18±3nm, viscosity of 8.5 mPa·s, pH value of 9.0, and solid content of 25.0%. Its density is 1.18 Grams/Cubic Centimeter, and it is packaged in 50-kilogram plastic cartons. It can be stored stably at temperatures ranging from 0℃ to 40℃, and has passed GB/T 20785-2006 national standard testing. It is compatible with acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, and other common water-based paint raw materials.

This product is applied in exterior wall architectural latex paint, interior wall environmental protection paint, water-based wood coating, metal anti-corrosion primer, paper coating, and textile coating.
