This coating grade nano silica sol has a solid SiO2 content of 25±1 wt%, with an average particle size of 10 nm, viscosity of 12 mPa·s at 25℃, pH value of 9.0, and density of 1.17 g/cm³. It is packaged in 20kg food-grade plastic drums with sealed lids to prevent water evaporation and contamination, with a storage temperature range of 5-30℃ and a shelf life of 12 months. It has passed the EU REACH environmental protection certification, and the heavy metal content is lower than the limit requirements of international coating standards. Customers can adjust the dosage according to the specific performance requirements of the coating.

This product is mainly used in the modification of water-based architectural coatings and industrial coatings, applicable to exterior wall coatings of high-rise buildings, anti-corrosion coatings for industrial pipelines and equipment, floor wear-resistant coatings, wood furniture coatings and metal surface protective coatings.
