This product uses a special sol-gel preparation technology to control the pore structure and specific surface area precisely, ensuring excellent catalytic performance. It has high mechanical strength, resisting breakage under high-pressure reaction conditions, extending the service life of the catalyst. It has good thermal stability, maintaining its pore structure and specific surface area under high-temperature processing conditions up to 800℃. It is compatible with various active metal components, including palladium, platinum, and nickel, making it suitable for a wide range of catalytic reactions.

The specific surface area of this catalyst carrier silica sol ranges from 300 to 500 m²/g, and the pore volume is 0.8-1.0 cm³/g. The particle size ranges from 30 to 50 nanometers, with solid content stabilized at 20±1%. The pH value is controlled between 7.0 and 8.0, making it suitable for loading various active metal components. Each unit is packaged in a 25kg paper drum to avoid contamination during transportation and storage. The product has a shelf life of 18 months when stored in a dry, dust-free environment away from moisture. It has low impurity content, ensuring no adverse effects on the catalytic reaction.

This product is mainly used for preparing catalyst carriers for petroleum hydrogenation, fine chemical synthesis, automotive exhaust purification, and environmental protection wastewater treatment. In petroleum hydrogenation reactions, it can improve the hydrogenation efficiency of the catalyst, reducing the production cost of petroleum products. In automotive exhaust purification, it can be used as a carrier for three-way catalysts, improving the conversion rate of harmful exhaust gases. It is also suitable for the preparation of photocatalysts and organic synthesis catalysts, providing stable and efficient catalytic performance for various industrial applications.
