This high-purity lithium silicate powder is prepared by vapor phase synthesis method. Compared with traditional solid-phase products, the impurity content is reduced by more than 90%, and the contents of sodium ions and potassium ions are both lower than 5ppm, which can avoid the damage of impurities to the battery electrolyte. The particle size distribution is uniform, with D50 controlled at 2-5 microns, which can be evenly dispersed in the cathode slurry, improving the adhesion and ion conductivity of active materials. The addition amount is only 1%-3%, which can significantly improve the cycle life of the battery and reduce the impedance growth during fast charging, helping lithium batteries achieve higher energy density and safety.

The purity of the powder is not less , the moisture content is less than 0.05%, and the tap density is 0.8-1.2 Grams per Cubic Centimeter. It is vacuum-packed in aluminum foil bags, with 5 Kilograms per bag, and 400 Bags per Pallet. It needs to be stored in a cool and dry place under inert gas protection, avoiding contact with moisture and carbon dioxide in the air. The shelf life can reach 24 months.

It is mainly used in high-nickel NCM/NCA ternary lithium battery cathode materials, solid-state lithium battery electrolyte modification, lithium-sulfur battery binders and other scenarios. It adapts to the production processes of domestic and foreign mainstream lithium battery cathode material manufacturers, and can help customers increase the battery cycle life to more than 1500 times and the energy density to more than 300Wh/kg. It is widely used in new energy vehicles, energy storage power stations, portable electronic equipment and other fields.
