This product uses high-purity lithium silicate raw materials prepared by vapor deposition method, with uniform and controllable particle size, which can be evenly dispersed in ceramic powder. It melts during high-temperature sintering to form a continuous glass phase, greatly improving the structural strength and density of ceramic components. Compared with traditional starch and resin binders, this product has no high-temperature decomposition residue, will not affect the purity and performance of ceramic products, and has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, which is suitable for the production of special industrial ceramics and high-temperature refractory materials to meet the production needs of precision ceramic components for aerospace and electronic components.

The purity is ≥99.5%, particle size is 3-5μm, melting point is 1040℃, optimal firing temperature is 800-1200℃, compressive bonding strength is ≥12MPa, bulk density is 0.85g/cm³, pH value is 7.5-8.5, packaged in 5kg paper cartons, shelf life is 24 months, stored in a cool and dry place to avoid moisture agglomeration.

It is mainly suitable for the production of advanced ceramic components, manufacture of special refractory bricks, forming of electronic ceramic substrates, and production of high-temperature resistant ceramic components for aerospace. It can replace traditional organic binders as an inorganic binder, improving the high-temperature performance and structural stability of products, and is suitable for batch production and R&D of ceramic processing plants, refractory material enterprises and high-end manufacturing industries.
