This product uses nano-grade high-purity lithium silicate raw materials, which can directly penetrate into the pores of concrete and masonry, and react with calcium elements in the substrate to form insoluble calcium silicate gel, sealing all water seepage channels while retaining the air permeability of the substrate, avoiding blistering and peeling of the coating. Compared with traditional acrylic waterproof coatings, this product has no organic solvent volatilization, will not release harmful gases after construction, has a weather resistance of more than 15 years, no need for frequent renovation, and has excellent anti-UV aging performance, which can effectively block acid and alkali corrosion, extend the service life of building structures, and is suitable for harsh outdoor environments.
The solid content is 45±2%, pH value is 10.5-11.5, surface drying time is 30-45 minutes, full curing time is 7 days, tensile bond strength is ≥0.8MPa, water resistance is no blistering or peeling after 1000 hours of immersion, weather resistance meets GB/T 1737 standard, VOC content is <50g/L, packaged in 25kg cardboard boxes, shelf life is 12 months, storage temperature range is 5-35℃, avoid direct sunlight.
It is mainly suitable for waterproof and moisture-proof treatment of exterior walls of residential buildings, concrete roofs of industrial workshops, masonry walls, outer walls of underground buildings, and can also be used for renovation waterproof projects of old buildings. It can be directly brushed on porous substrates such as cement mortar, concrete and red brick without additional priming, and has convenient construction. It meets domestic and EU environmental protection building materials standards, and is suitable for large-scale infrastructure projects and civil decoration projects.
