Different from traditional epoxy and polyurethane organic anti-corrosion coatings, this product relies on the inorganic cross-linking film-forming characteristics of lithium silicate to form a dense silicon-oxygen bond network structure on the metal substrate surface, isolating water vapor, chloride ions and other corrosive media. Its core advantages include zero VOC emission meeting EU and US environmental protection certification requirements, high temperature resistance up to 120℃ suitable for high temperature working conditions, and the coating aging life of more than 15 years. It solves the industry pain points of traditional organic coatings such as easy powdering and flammability, and has excellent self-repair ability, and fine scratches can heal themselves through water vapor in the air.

The coating has a solids content of 38%±2%, VOC content less than 50g/L, surface drying time of 30 minutes and hard drying time of 24 hours at 25℃ and 50% humidity. The adhesion strength reaches more than 5MPa, salt mist resistance exceeds 1000 hours, pH value is 11.2±0.3, packaging is 5 Gallons HDPE sealed drum, density is 1.32g/cm³, color is translucent milky white, construction dilution ratio is 0-10% with deionized water.

It is mainly used for anti-corrosion protection of heavy industrial steel structure workshops, marine ship decks, municipal water supply and drainage pipelines, outer walls of petrochemical equipment, etc. It can also be used for renovation and repair of old coating layers, suitable for harsh corrosive environments such as ports, chemical plants and high-temperature workshops. It meets the US EPA environmental protection coating certification requirements, and can be directly used for the inner wall protection of food-grade pipelines.
