This product uses food-grade high-purity lithium silicate, fully complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.300 standards, and can directly contact food processing surfaces without releasing toxic substances. It has excellent salt spray corrosion resistance, and will not fall off or rust after soaking in 3% sodium chloride solution for 30 days. The transparent coating will not change the appearance of the equipment, maintaining the metallic texture of stainless steel and aluminum alloy substrates. The cured coating has a pencil hardness of 6H, with excellent wear resistance, which can withstand high-frequency friction and cleaning of food processing equipment. The water-based formula has very low VOC content, complying with EU environmental protection standards, and the construction is safe and pollution-free.
This product appears as a colorless transparent liquid, with a solid content of ≥22%, viscosity of 15-20 cP at 25℃, and a cured film thickness of 20-30μm. The pencil hardness is 6H, and the adhesion reaches ASTM D3359 Grade 5B. It is packaged in 10kg plastic drums, stored in a cool and dry environment at 0-35℃, avoiding freezing and exposure to sunlight, with a shelf life of 18 months, and passed NSF food-grade certification.
It is suitable for food processing equipment, beer filling production lines, dairy processing equipment, catering stainless steel kitchenware, pharmaceutical equipment surface anti-corrosive coatings, especially suitable for industrial equipment scenarios requiring food contact safety and frequent cleaning.
