The fire resistance grade reaches Grade A according to GB 8624 standard, the fire resistance time is ≥3 hours at 1000℃, the adhesion grade is ≥Grade 1 according to GB/T 9286 standard, and the weather resistance is ≥5000 hours with no cracking or peeling after artificial accelerated aging test. The solid content is 42±2%, VOC content is ≤50g/L, pH value ranges from 10.8 to 11.5, density is 1.30±0.04 g/cm³. The product is packaged in 25kg steel drums, and the shelf life is 12 months when stored in a cool and dry place. It needs to be mixed evenly with fireproof coating base materials before use.

This product is suitable for adding to water-based and solvent-based steel structure fireproof coatings, and can also be used in the production of fireproof coatings for concrete structures, pipe fireproofing and other fire protection projects. It is widely used in large shopping malls, office buildings, industrial plants, power plants and other public places with high fire protection requirements, providing reliable fire protection for building structures.
