Our aquaculture algaecide stands out with three core strengths. First, it has broad-spectrum pathogen control, eliminating over 99% of common aquaculture pathogens including Vibrio parahaemolyticus, blue-green algae, and fungal spores that cause gill disease in fish. Second, it has excellent pH stability, working effectively across the 6.5-8.5 pH range common in most aquaculture ponds, with no need for complex water quality adjustments before application. It also does not disrupt the beneficial microbial flora in aquaculture ponds, maintaining a healthy ecological balance in the water system.

This product is a colorless or light yellow viscous liquid with a mild, non-offensive odor. It has a density of 1.08-1.12 g/cm³ at 25℃, with a freezing point of -3℃ and a boiling point of 102℃ when diluted in water. It is supplied in 50kg food-grade plastic drums with a polyethylene inner liner to prevent leakage and contamination, with a total shipping weight of 53kg per drum including packaging. It must be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from strong oxidizing agents, with a recommended storage temperature between 0-30℃. When mixed with pond water, it dissolves completely within 8 minutes, ensuring uniform distribution across the aquaculture pond.
This algaecide is primarily used in freshwater and marine aquaculture systems, including carp farms, shrimp ponds, crab hatcheries, and ornamental fish tanks. Typical use cases include weekly routine treatment to prevent algae and pathogen growth, as well as emergency shock treatment during outbreaks of bacterial or parasitic infections. It can be applied directly to the pond water by diluting the liquid with 10-20 times the volume of pond water and spraying the mixture over the pond surface, or added through automated dosing systems for large-scale farms. It is safe for use in all stages of aquaculture, including larval rearing, grow-out stages, and harvest preparation.
