The low residual monomer content ensures no secondary pollution to the environment, and the stable product performance ensures consistent dewatering effect in large-scale production. Compared with traditional dewatering agents, it can improve dewatering efficiency by more than 20%.

This product has a solid content of no less than 92%, with molecular weight ranging from 10 to 15 million Daltons and charge density of 20% to 60%. The appearance is white granular or powdery, with moisture content not exceeding 10%. The dewatering efficiency is no less than 95%, and the applicable pH range is 5 to 8. The residual monomer content does not exceed 0.03%, and it is packaged in 25kg moisture-proof PP bags. The complete dissolution time is no more than 50 minutes, which is suitable for supporting use with various sludge dewatering equipment.

It is mainly used in sludge treatment of municipal sewage treatment plants, as well as sludge dewatering of papermaking, food processing, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing industries. It is suitable for supporting use with belt filter presses, plate and frame filter presses, centrifugal dewatering machines and other sludge treatment equipment. It can effectively improve the dewatering efficiency of sludge, reduce the quality of sludge cake and reduce subsequent disposal costs.
