Post RFQ
This product features a unique high-linear molecular chain structure, which endows it with excellent flocculation performance. It has a wide pH adaptation range, suitable for most industrial wastewater treatment scenarios, and will not fail due to sudden changes in water quality. Compared with traditional flocculants, it can reduce the dosage by 30%-50%, and the formed flocs are large and dense, which is convenient for subsequent filtration and sludge dewatering. The low residual monomer content avoids secondary pollution to water bodies, solving the pain points of high environmental risk of traditional polyacrylamide products.

The product has a solid content of not less than 90%, anionic degree between 10% and 30%, and molecular weight ranging from 8 to 18 million. The dissolution time in clean water is no more than 60 minutes, the water insoluble matter is ≤0.2%, and the residual monomer content is ≤0.05%. The appearance is white odorless particles with a particle size of 0.8-1.2mm and a bulk density of 0.7-0.85 g/cm³. It is packaged in 25kg food-grade plastic woven bags, which are convenient for transportation and storage. The recommended use concentration is 0.05%-0.1% when configuring the solution.

It is mainly applicable to municipal sewage treatment plants for primary and secondary sedimentation treatment, mineral processing plants for ore slurry settlement and water recovery, steel mill wastewater treatment for iron and silicon removal, and river dredging and water purification projects. It can also be used in papermaking white water recovery and printing and dyeing wastewater pretreatment to improve the efficiency of solid-liquid separation and reduce the operating load of subsequent treatment processes.
