It has fast dissolution speed and is easy to disperse in pulp, avoiding agglomeration and local unevenness. Compared with traditional paper strength agents, it will not yellow the paper during long-term storage, ensuring the long-term stability of paper quality.
This product has a solid content of no less than 88%, with molecular weight ranging from 6 to 12 million Daltons. The applicable pH range is 4 to 11, and the ash content does not exceed 0.5%. The appearance is white granular or powdery, with particle size of 30-60 mesh. The complete dissolution time is no more than 45 minutes, and the residual monomer content does not exceed 0.05%. It is packaged in 25kg moisture-proof PP bags, which are convenient for transportation and storage.
It is mainly used in the production of cultural paper, printing paper, packaging paper, kraft paper and other paper types. It can be added in the wet end of paper machine or used as surface sizing agent, improving the physical properties of paper and reducing the dosage of pulp and other additives.
