This product adopts a composite isothiazolinone sterilization formula, which will not cause corrosion damage to metal pipes compared with traditional oxidative bactericides. It has broad-spectrum sterilization and algae removal capabilities, can kill all kinds of harmful microorganisms such as sulfate-reducing bacteria, iron bacteria and slime bacteria common in industrial circulating water, and can efficiently strip biological membranes attached to the inner walls of pipelines, solving the pain point that traditional agents cannot remove biological membranes. The formula has strong stability, and can maintain stable sterilization effect under wide pH range and different water temperature conditions, without additional adjustment of water acidity and alkalinity. It has low use cost, and is compatible with continuous dosing and shock dosing methods to meet water treatment needs of different industrial scenarios.

The active ingredient content is 15% isothiazolinone complex, with a light yellow transparent liquid appearance, a density of 1.05g/cm³, a pH value of 6.0-8.0, a single shock dosing dosage of 50-100ppm, a continuous dosing dosage of 10-30ppm, a packaging specification of 55 Gallons per barrel, a storage temperature of 0-40℃, a shelf life of 18 months, and can be used compatibly with most industrial water treatment scale inhibitors and corrosion inhibitors without adverse reactions.
It is mainly suitable for open and closed circulating cooling water systems in chemical, electric power, metallurgy, textile and central air conditioning industries, as well as aeration tanks and sedimentation tanks in industrial sewage treatment systems. It can effectively solve problems such as water odor, pipeline scaling and reduced heat exchange equipment efficiency caused by microbial growth in circulating water. Regular dosing in daily maintenance can long-term maintain the cleanliness of circulating water, reduce equipment maintenance costs, extend the service life of pipelines and heat exchange equipment, and comply with national environmental protection requirements without causing pollution to the surrounding environment.
