The product has a high positive charge density, which can efficiently neutralize the negative charge on the surface of sludge particles, and quickly bridge and aggregate small sludge particles into large flocs. Compared with traditional sludge dewatering agents, it can shorten the dewatering time by 40%, and the moisture content of the dehydrated sludge cake can be reduced to below 60%, which solves the pain points of small flocs, poor dewatering effect, and high sludge treatment cost of traditional products. It has good compatibility with most sludge treatment equipment such as belt filter presses and centrifuges.
The solid content is not less than 92%, the cationic degree ranges from 20% to 60%, and the molecular weight is between 6 and 12 million. The dissolution time in clean water is no more than 45 minutes, the moisture content is ≤8%, and the viscosity of 0.1% aqueous solution is 30-100 mPa·s. The appearance is white odorless granular with a particle size of 0.6-1.0mm, packaged in 25kg waterproof plastic woven bags. The recommended use concentration is 0.05%-0.15% when configuring the solution, and the optimal dosage is determined according to the sludge concentration and properties.
It is mainly used for sludge dewatering in municipal sewage treatment plants, sludge treatment in food processing factories such as meat processing and beverage production, sludge dewatering in pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises, and sludge treatment in leather and printing and dyeing factories. It is suitable for all types of sludge dewatering equipment including belt filter presses, centrifugal dehydrators, and plate and frame filter presses, and can improve the working efficiency of the equipment by more than 30%.
