The core advantage of this product lies in its foam-free and low-irritation characteristics. Unlike traditional chlorine-containing disinfectants, it will not produce a large amount of foam on the pool surface without the need for additional defoaming agents. At the same time, the PHMB component is mild and non-irritating, complying with EU toy-level safety standards, and will not cause damage to the skin and mucous membranes of swimmers. Its granular form is easy to dissolve and dose, and can be quickly and evenly dispersed in the pool water without excessive local concentration. Its bactericidal spectrum covers common harmful microorganisms in pools such as green algae, yellow algae, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, effectively preventing water from turning green and odorous, and maintaining the clarity of pool water.
It appears as a white odorless granular powder, with a Polyhexamethylene Biguanide content of ≥30%, a particle size of 0.5-1.0mm, a density of 0.85±0.05g/cm³, and is completely soluble in cold and warm water. It is packaged in 5kg moisture-proof plastic woven bags lined with food-grade PE film to prevent moisture absorption and caking. The storage temperature should be controlled at 0-40℃ and avoid direct sunlight. The standard dosing dosage is 20-50ppm per cubic meter of water, and adding 1-2 times a week can maintain water hygiene.
It is mainly applied to various public swimming halls, family private swimming pools, hot spring resorts, water parks and other leisure water scenarios. Typical application scenarios include supporting swimming pools in residential areas, indoor swimming pools of star hotels, and circulating water treatment systems of outdoor water parks.
