This product adopts a composite formula of isothiazolinone and quaternary ammonium salt, which has broad-spectrum, efficient and long-lasting sterilization and algae removal effects. It can effectively kill sulfate-reducing bacteria, heterotrophic bacteria and other harmful bacteria in cooling tower water, and remove various types of algae attached to the filler and pipeline walls. Unlike single-component bactericides, it has good adaptability to different water quality conditions, and will not be affected by factors such as water pH and organic matter content. It has low dosage and long-lasting effect, which can reduce the operating cost of water treatment.
The active ingredient content of this product is 10% isothiazolinone and 5% quaternary ammonium salt, the pH value of a 1% aqueous solution is 6.8±0.5, the density at 25℃ is 1.12±0.02 g/cm³, and the freezing point is -3℃. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, away from acidic substances and high-temperature sources. Each barrel contains 50kg of product, which can be directly added to the cooling tower water system after dilution, and the dosage is 0.2-0.3kg per 100 cubic meters of water. The product complies with national industrial water treatment agent safety standards.
This product is mainly applicable to open and closed cooling tower water systems of commercial buildings, hotels, office buildings, industrial enterprises and other scenarios. It can effectively control the growth of bacteria and algae in cooling tower water, prevent the formation of sludge and scaling, reduce the frequency of cleaning and maintenance of cooling towers, and prolong the service life of cooling tower equipment. It can also be used for water treatment of industrial circulating water systems such as air conditioning central cooling systems, providing stable water quality protection for the normal operation of the equipment.
