The core technical highlights of this product include its nano-scale particle size distribution ranging from 100-300nm, which endows it with superior hiding power and color rendering compared to conventional iron oxide blue pigments. Its excellent cold water dispersibility eliminates the need for additional dispersing agents, reducing production costs and simplifying the formulation process for coating manufacturers. It fully complies with EU REACH regulations, ensuring that it does not contain harmful heavy metal components exceeding standard limits. This pigment effectively solves the common pain points of flocculation and hue deviation of traditional pigments in water-based systems, significantly improving the service life and color fidelity of coated products. It is suitable for both exterior and interior water-based coatings, providing reliable color stability for long-term outdoor and indoor use scenarios, and meets the quality requirements of high-end coating projects.
Detailed technical parameters include a pH value of 7.0-8.5, a density of 4.0-4.2 g/cm³, volatile content (at 105℃) of ≤0.5%, residue on 325-mesh sieve of ≤0.05%, alkali resistance (ISO 105-B02) of ≥Grade 5, acid resistance of ≥Grade 4, maximum heat-resistant temperature of 200℃. The product is packaged in 25KG plastic woven bags with inner PE liners, meeting the standard transportation and storage requirements for industrial pigments. No dangerous goods classification applies to this product.
This superfine iron oxide blue pigment is widely applicable to water-based interior and exterior architectural coatings, water-based industrial anti-corrosion coatings, water-based floor paints, water-based wood coatings and other water-based coloring scenarios. It is particularly suitable for large-scale outdoor architectural coating projects that require environmental protection and high weather resistance, providing stable and beautiful blue color for various building and industrial coating applications.
