It has excellent acid and alkali resistance, with a rating of level 5, making it suitable for outdoor ceramic tiles used in harsh environments. It meets LFGB food contact safety standards, making it suitable for ceramic tableware and other food-contact ceramic products. In addition, it has excellent dispersibility in ceramic glaze, avoiding color spots and uneven color in finished ceramic products.
The particle size of the product ranges from 0.5 to 1.0 micrometers, with a color strength of 96% compared to the standard. The oil absorption is between 28 and 32 grams per 100 grams, and the pH value is controlled between 6.0 and 7.0, suitable for most ceramic glaze systems. The density is 4.3 g/cm³, volatile content ≤0.9%, water-soluble matter ≤0.6%. It is packaged in 25kg cardboard drums, which are easy to store and transport.
