The core advantage lies in the gas-phase prepared nano-scale iron oxide blue crystals with uniform and controllable particle size distribution, which improves the coloring strength by more than 40% compared with traditional micron-level pigments. It is surface hydrophobically modified to significantly improve the compatibility with coating resins, reduce pigment agglomeration, and ensure uniform color after coating. It has passed EU REACH certification, meets the environmental protection requirements of European and American industrial coatings, and solves the pain point of excessive heavy metal precipitation of traditional pigments, suitable for high-end industrial anti-corrosion coating scenarios.

Specific parameters include average particle size of 18nm, standard blue light color tone with deviation ≤0.2 from standard sample, hiding power of 11.5 g/㎡, volatile matter content of 0.4%, pH value of 7.8, heat resistance up to 320℃, light fastness grade 8 (ISO 105-B02), weather resistance grade 5 (ASTM G154), packaged in 25kg sealed carton boxes, heavy metal content meets EU RoHS standards, hue saturation of 91.8%, and storage stability of 12 months without agglomeration.

It is mainly applicable to heavy-duty engineering machinery anti-corrosion coatings, container coatings, industrial steel structure anti-corrosion coatings, pipeline inner wall protective coatings and other scenarios, suitable for solvent-based industrial coatings and powder coating systems. It can be used as the main coloring pigment or color matching pigment to meet the strict requirements of high-end industrial coatings on color stability and weather resistance.
