The core technical highlights of this product include its excellent high-temperature stability, which can maintain a pure blue hue after sintering at 1200℃ without fading or color deviation. Its excellent chemical stability ensures that it will not be corroded by acid or alkali in glaze systems, and meets the food safety standards for ceramic products. It has excellent dispersibility in glaze slurry, ensuring uniform color distribution on ceramic surfaces. It solves the common pain points of dull color and obvious color difference of traditional ceramic pigments after firing, providing durable and uniform blue color for various ceramic products, and is suitable for daily ceramics, building tiles and art ceramics.

Detailed technical parameters include a pH value of 7.5-8.5, a density of 4.2-4.4 g/cm³, residue on 325-mesh sieve of ≤0.02%, loss on ignition of ≤0.8%, no change in performance after immersion in 5% H2SO4 or 5% NaOH solution, color deviation after firing of ΔE < 0.5. The product is packaged in 5KG sealed steel-plastic composite drums, meeting the transportation and storage requirements for ceramic pigments.

This high-temperature resistant iron oxide blue pigment is widely applicable to coloring ceramic glazes for daily ceramic tableware, bathroom ceramic sanitary ware, building decorative tiles, art ceramic ornaments and industrial ceramic accessories. It ensures that ceramic products maintain a pure and uniform blue color after high-temperature sintering, meeting the aesthetic and safety requirements of various ceramic applications.
