It has high light fastness, with a rating of level 8, ensuring that the coating color remains stable under outdoor sunlight exposure. It meets EU REACH and ROHS environmental protection standards, with ultra-low heavy metal content, which is harmless to human health and the environment.
The particle size of the product ranges from 0.3 to 0.6 micrometers, with a color strength of 97% compared to the standard. The oil absorption is between 24 and 29 grams per 100 grams, and the pH value is controlled between 7.0 and 8.0, suitable for both water-based and oil-based anti-corrosion coating systems. The density is 4.2 g/cm³, volatile content ≤0.8%, water-soluble matter ≤0.5%. It is packaged in 25kg cardboard drums, which are easy to store and transport. It has passed ISO 9227 salt spray test and ROHS safety certifications, meeting global anti-corrosion coating standards.
