The core advantage lies in the high-temperature stable crystal structure design, which optimizes the heat resistance of the pigment through special calcination process, and maintains the hue stability in the high-temperature firing environment of 1200℃, with the color deviation after firing ≤0.3. It is passivated to resist the corrosion of acid and alkali components in ceramic glazes, ensuring that the glaze color is still bright after long-term use. It has passed US FDA food contact certification, can be used for the coloring of food-contact ceramic products, solving the pain point that ordinary pigments cannot be used for food-grade ceramics, and is compatible with all kinds of ceramic glaze systems.

Specific parameters include average particle size of 45μm, heat resistance temperature of 1250℃, standard blue light color tone, firing color deviation of 0.28, chemical corrosion resistance grade 5 (ISO 105-X09), volatile matter content of 0.25%, pH value of 7.1, 325 mesh sieve residue ≤0.05%, packaged in 10kg cartons, heavy metal content meets FDA 21 CFR Part 178.3297 standards, storage stability of ≥24 months, color fastness after firing ≥Grade 8.

It is mainly applicable to the glaze coloring of daily ceramic tableware, building ceramic wall tiles, industrial ceramic components, artistic ceramics and other scenarios, compatible with all kinds of ceramic glaze systems such as high-temperature glaze, low-temperature glaze and transparent glaze. It can be used as the main coloring pigment or color matching pigment to provide stable and bright blue decorative effect for ceramic products.
