The product uses surface modification technology to improve the dispersibility in water-based systems, avoiding flocculation and precipitation during storage and use. It has excellent water resistance, with a water resistance rating of level 5, ensuring that the printed color will not fade or blur after contacting water. It meets FDA and EN71-3 safety standards, making it suitable for food packaging printing. In addition, it has high color strength, which can reduce the dosage of pigment in ink formula, effectively reducing production costs for ink manufacturers.
The particle size of the product ranges from 0.2 to 0.4 micrometers, with a color strength of 97% compared to the standard. The oil absorption is between 18 and 22 grams per 100 grams, and the pH value is controlled between 7.5 and 8.0, suitable for most water-based ink systems. The density is 4.2 g/cm³, volatile content ≤0.7%, water-soluble matter ≤0.4%. It is packaged in 10kg plastic drums, which are easy to store and transport. It has passed strict stability tests, ensuring that it will not precipitate or deteriorate within 6 months of storage.
