This product has three core differentiating advantages. First, it uses potassium silicate as the base material, which has excellent high-temperature stability up to 600℃, and will not release toxic and harmful substances under high-temperature conditions, meeting the environmental protection requirements of green production. Second, it can form a chemical bond with the metal substrate, improving the adhesion between the primer and the substrate by more than 80% compared with ordinary organic primers, solving the pain points of common primers that are prone to peeling and falling off under high-temperature cycles. Third, it has excellent rust resistance and salt spray resistance, and can effectively prevent the oxidation and corrosion of metal substrates under high-temperature and humid environments. It is also compatible with most topcoats such as organic silicon topcoat and ceramic topcoat.
