Using modified food-grade epoxy resin as the film-forming base material, it passes the FDA food contact safety certification, and will not release any toxic and harmful substances at high temperatures, meeting the European and American food safety standards. The film is flat and smooth, odorless, and can directly contact food and food processing media. It can withstand the high-temperature baking environment of 300℃, has excellent adhesion, and no rust after 600 hours of salt spray test. It is compatible with a variety of food processing equipment substrates, and the film is oil-resistant and easy to clean, meeting the hygiene requirements of the food processing industry.

Each tank is packaged in 10 Kilograms. The recommended dry film thickness is 20-40μm, and the theoretical coating rate is 9-11㎡/kg (dry film 30μm). After curing, the surface roughness Ra<0.8μm, meeting the food-grade surface finish requirements. It can withstand 100 times of boiling water immersion (100℃ boiling water soaking) without falling off, and can withstand the high-temperature baking environment of 300℃ without odor release, complying with food contact material safety specifications.

It is mainly used for the inner walls of food baking equipment, food processing high-temperature assembly lines, high-temperature sterilization equipment for canned food production, commercial kitchen ovens and other high-temperature scenarios that directly contact food. It ensures that the equipment coating will not contaminate food, while providing long-term anti-corrosion and wear-resistant protection, extending the service life of food processing equipment and meeting the hygiene and safety standards of the food industry.
