Using water-based organosilicon emulsion as the film-forming base material, it does not contain toxic solvents, and the VOC content is far lower than the industry standard. There is no pungent odor during construction, which is friendly to construction personnel and the environment. It can withstand the high-temperature environment of 450℃, and the film will not produce harmful volatile matter at high temperatures. It has excellent adhesion and water resistance of more than 1000 hours, and is compatible with a variety of substrates such as steel, cast iron and concrete. It is easy to construct and only needs to be diluted with clean water, suitable for large-scale industrial coating operations and meeting environmental compliance requirements.

Each tank is packaged in 20 Liters (about 18 Kilograms). The recommended dry film thickness is 30-50μm, and the theoretical coating rate is 7-9㎡/kg (dry film 40μm). After curing, the film hardness reaches HB level, and the thermal cycle resistance reaches 180 times (from 450℃ to room temperature) without cracking or falling off. The construction environment temperature range is 5-35℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%. It needs to be stored in a cool and dry place after sealing.

It is mainly used for industrial ventilation pipelines, high-temperature air conditioning systems, inner walls of civil boilers, small metallurgical equipment and other high-temperature scenarios that require environmental protection protection. It is suitable for factories and workshops with strict requirements on VOC emissions, which can provide high-temperature anti-corrosion protection while meeting environmental compliance requirements and reducing environmental pollution during construction.
