Using fluorine-modified acrylic resin as the film-forming material, it can not only withstand the high-temperature environment of 600℃, but also has excellent outdoor weather resistance. After 5000 hours of xenon arc aging test, there is no powdering or cracking. Compared with ordinary acrylic high-temperature paints, its UV protection ability is improved by 60%. The dense film can effectively block the erosion of outdoor water vapor, acid rain and UV rays, and has good adhesion and anti-peeling performance. After construction, it can form a flat and beautiful protective layer, which is suitable for outdoor high-temperature equipment, chimney outer walls, open-air high-temperature pipelines and other scenarios, and can be used for long-term use without additional outdoor protective coatings.

Each tank is packaged in 5 Gallons. The recommended dry film thickness is 40-60μm, and the theoretical coating rate is 6-8㎡/kg (dry film 40μm). After curing, the film gloss is 30-50GU (semi-gloss), the pencil hardness reaches grade H, and the thermal cycle resistance reaches 150 times (from 600℃ to room temperature) without abnormalities. It can be constructed by brushing, rolling or spraying, and the construction environment temperature range is 5-40℃.

It is mainly used for industrial chimney outer walls, open-air high-temperature steam pipelines, outdoor metallurgical equipment, waste incinerator outer walls and other outdoor high-temperature scenarios. It can resist the erosion of outdoor UV rays, acid rain, sand and other harsh environments, and withstand the high-temperature environment of 600℃, maintaining the integrity of the film and protective performance, and extending the service life of outdoor high-temperature equipment.
