This high temperature paint uses inorganic potassium silicate resin as the film-forming base material, which can directly adhere to the surface of metal, ceramic, glass and other substrates without primer to obtain excellent adhesion. Its aerosol packaging design does not require additional spraying equipment, and users can directly hold the spray can for coating, which is easy to operate and suitable for home DIY and small industrial maintenance scenarios. Compared with traditional self-spray paints, its high-temperature resistance is increased to 800°C, making it suitable for coating of high-temperature components such as fireplace inner walls, barbecue grills, and automobile exhaust pipes. It also has excellent weather resistance, which can resist the erosion of outdoor ultraviolet rays and rainwater, and the paint film is not easy to fall off or discolor. In addition, it dries very quickly, with a surface dry time of only 10 minutes, which can quickly complete the coating operation.

The net weight of a single can is 12 Fluid Ounces (about 355ml), and the required paint film thickness is 20-30μm per coat. It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats. Before construction, the substrate surface needs to be clean and dry, remove oil and rust. The density is 1.30g/cm³, the solid content is ≥55%, the applicable construction temperature is 5-30°C, and the relative humidity is <80%. It can adapt to the long-term working temperature range of -20°C to 800°C. The packaging is an aerosol can, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from high temperature and open flame.

It is applicable to scenarios such as automobile exhaust pipes, household fireplace inner walls, outdoor barbecue grills, small industrial high-temperature equipment, and household metal decorative parts.
