This coating stands out with its ultra-high temperature resistance up to 1200°F, which can adapt to sudden temperature changes without cracking or peeling. It adopts imported silicone resin as the main film-forming material, which has excellent weather resistance and chemical stability. The added anti-rust pigment can form a dense protective layer on the substrate surface, effectively blocking the erosion of moisture and salt fog. Compared with similar products on the market, it has lower VOC content, meeting EU environmental protection standards, and can be constructed by brushing, rolling or spraying, which is convenient for on-site construction of various complex working conditions. It solves the pain points of ordinary coatings failing quickly under high-temperature environments, providing long-lasting and reliable protection for high-temperature industrial equipment.

The product specifications are as follows: wet film thickness is 80-100 μm, dry film thickness is 30-40 μm, with a density of 1.2 g/cm³. Each container is packaged as 1 Gallon, stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months. The curing can be carried out at room temperature, or accelerated at 200°F for 30 minutes to shorten the construction period. The pH value of the coating is between 8.0 and 9.0, and it is a single-component coating without the need for additional mixing of curing agents. It has a wide applicable temperature range from -40°F to 1200°F, and the coating gloss can be adjusted between semi-matte and matte according to customer needs.

This coating is mainly suitable for high-temperature industrial equipment such as industrial furnaces, automobile exhaust systems, boiler flues, high-temperature transmission pipelines and heating furnace inner walls. It can also be used for surface protection of outdoor metal components that need to resist ultraviolet rays and high temperature in coastal areas. In the automotive maintenance industry, it is widely used for the renovation and protection of truck exhaust pipes and engine surface coatings, effectively preventing the surface from rusting and discoloring under long-term high-temperature baking. In the metallurgical industry, it can protect the surface of smelting equipment from high-temperature flue gas corrosion, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.
