This pigment adopts a refined wet grinding process, with the 325 mesh residue controlled within 0.1%, ensuring a smooth and particle-free surface for the coating. Its light fastness of grade 7-8 ensures no obvious fading after 5000 hours of outdoor exposure, and its acid and alkali corrosion resistance adapts to complex industrial environments. It has passed REACH and ISO 9001 certifications, and does not contain harmful heavy metal elements, complying with EU environmental protection standards. Compared with ordinary iron oxide green pigments, this product has 8% higher tinting strength, which can reduce the pigment usage cost of customers. At the same time, it has excellent dispersibility, and can be quickly integrated into various oil-based and water-based coating systems, achieving uniform coloring without additional dispersing additives.

True density 4.2-4.5g/cm³, fineness (325 mesh residue) ≤0.1%, pH value 6.5-8.0, heat resistance up to 200℃, light fastness grade 7-8, weather resistance 5000h QUV test no fading, tinting strength 100±5%, packaging standard 25kg per paper-plastic composite bag, available in 1kg trial packs for sample testing, comply with REACH regulation and ISO 9001 quality management system, particle size distribution D50 ≤5μm, D90 ≤15μm, volatile matter ≤0.5%.
It is mainly suitable for architectural exterior wall latex paint, engineering machinery anti-corrosion paint, container paint, industrial heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating and other scenarios. It can be used for outdoor large-scale project coating, equipment renovation coloring, and is compatible with solvent-based and water-based paint production. It can also be used for coloring concrete seal curing agents to provide a durable yellowish green decorative effect for flooring. This product can also be used for outdoor billboards and traffic facility coating to improve color durability.
