It has been modified with silicone, which improves the adhesion between the pigment and the resin matrix, and endows the primer with a certain anti-rust performance, effectively blocking the erosion of water and oxygen to the metal substrate. It has uniform and fine particle size and excellent dispersibility, which can form a dense coloring layer in the primer. Its salt spray resistance reaches more than 1000 hours, which can provide long-term anti-corrosion protection for metal substrates. It passed the ISO 12944 anti-corrosion coating standard certification, meeting the strict requirements of industrial anti-corrosion.
The average particle size is 1.0-1.5μm, pH value of 7.0-8.0, moisture content ≤0.4%, color strength of 100±5%, heavy metal content ≤8ppm, passing the 1000-hour salt spray test. It is packed in 25kg per steel drum, and customized packaging can be provided according to customer needs.
It is mainly used in epoxy anti-corrosive primer, polyurethane anti-corrosive primer, metal component shop primer and other anti-corrosive coatings, suitable for anti-corrosion coloring of engineering machinery, ship accessories, steel structure workshops, outdoor metal fences and other scenarios. It can provide long-term green anti-rust protection for metal substrates, and improve the appearance quality and weather resistance of the coating.
