It adopts surface modification technology to improve the dispersibility in water-based systems, which can achieve uniform dispersion without additional dispersants, avoiding ink caking or precipitation. Its light fastness reaches grade 6-7, which can maintain color stability when printed matter is exposed to outdoor environment for a long time. It passed the EU EU 10/2011 food contact safety certification, suitable for food-contact packaging printing. It will not affect the printability when added to the ink system, and can achieve clear and full printing effects.
The average particle size is 1.5-2.0μm, with excellent water dispersibility, pH value of 7.5-8.0, moisture content ≤0.8%, color strength of 100±3%, heavy metal content ≤15ppm, 325-mesh sieve residue ≤0.5%. It is packed in 20kg per pallet box, and small package trial packs can be provided.
It is mainly used in water-based printing inks for food packaging paper bags, paper labels, flexible packaging films, suitable for supermarket commodity packaging, food gift box printing, paper stationery and other scenarios. The printed pattern has bright and uniform colors and excellent friction resistance, which can resist friction and wear during daily use and maintain the printing effect for a long time.
